More than half of U.S. bird species are in decline, and climate change is a major threat. Birds are critical for a healthy and sustainable ecosystem—boosting biodiversity, serving as pollinators, dispersing seeds, and controlling pests.
Climate Week NYC takes place every September. This is the largest annual climate event of its kind, and it's critical that wildlife conservation is in the conversation.
Join NYC Bird Alliance and partners from September 21-28, 2025 for an amazing week of bird outings, green roof tours, film screenings, and more to learn about the importance of biodiversity for a climate-resilient future.
