Looking ahead to 2026-2030
NYC Bird Alliance has begun a new strategic planning process to guide our organization's priorities and work for the next five years. Spanning 2025, this process will set clear goals for our conservation, engagement, and advocacy work based on feedback from board, staff, supporters, volunteers, and partners. We have assembled a Strategic Planning Task Force comprised of staff and board members which will guide our process throughout 2025 and continue to monitor our progress through 2030.
