2026 Election and Annual Meeting

Active NYC Bird Alliance members are invited to participate in the organization’s annual election. Members will vote to elect, or re-elect, eight individuals to Officers and Directors.
VOTE ONLINE
Vote quickly and easily using our secure online election website, Balloteer. To vote, you will need to enter your unique six-digit 2026 Election ID Number (sent to active members via email or mail). Online voting ends Tuesday, June 2 at 4:59pm ET.
MORE VOTING OPTIONS
Voting online is the fastest and most reliable option to submit your ballot, but members may also vote in the following ways:
- Vote by Email: Download a ballot here. Print and fill it out, then follow the directions to email it to us at membership@nycbirdalliance.org. Note that you must email the ballot by Tuesday, June 2 at 4:59pm ET to be counted.
- Vote by Mail: Download a ballot here. Print and fill it out, then follow the directions to mail it to our office. Note that mailed ballots must be received at the NYC Bird Alliance office by Tuesday, June 2 at 4:59pm ET to be counted.
Election results will be announced at the Annual Meeting of Members on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Note: Because the Annual Meeting is virtual, all votes must be cast by 4:59pm on June 2 – the day before the meeting.

Please join us on Zoom for our Annual Meeting of Members on Wednesday, June 3 at 6pm. At the meeting, we’ll hear from organizational leaders about our efforts to protect birds and enhance urban biodiversity, announce the results of the board of directors election, and share a financial update.
